We are now hiring for an Assistant Manager for The Greenbrier Restaurant.
An ideal candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous restaurant and management experience is required Previous experience in fine dining service with a focus in cocktail and wine knowledge is appreciated.
Financial literacy involving cash handling procedures, discount calculations, budgetary and labor reports Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests Excellent hospitality service Ability to coordinate front and back of house restaurant operations Ability to interview/recruit and train staff to follow restaurant procedures Ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive work environment Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time without sitting Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
Will be required to lift and carry up to 30lbs throughout the shift.
