Responsible to manage cash management and internal control over cash and cash-related policies within the Company.
To help reduce erroneous payments, theft, and fraud.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for printing Sign-out sheets and putting together daily envelopes Handle all scheduling issues as they arise daily Issue coaching and counseling/disciplinary actions when necessary Maintain proper vault paperwork and inventory records Prepare daily reports/balancing and retain records as per procedure Complete paperwork and cash deposits accurately Complete Daily Reports in a timely manner Produce 2- & 4-year MTD comparison reports Do all job functions as a Cashier, Supervisor, Customer Service when needed Any other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Guest Service Manager or Assistant Manager JOB SPECIFICATIONS Demonstrate excellent customer service Cash handling experience Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language Dress properly, be well groomed and have good hygiene Be able to stand for long periods of time Able to work a flexible schedule including, nights, weekends, and holidays Job Type:
