Duties for the Lead Supervisor will include photographing the guest(s), selling product, enforcing policies, monitoring and motivating staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
While on shift, the noteworthy Lead Supervisor should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain and enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
