The primary purpose of this job is to continue to grow and improve the production of your team while maintaining on amicable relationship with Marketing Coordinators and Field Manager's and personnel.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Know your Marketing Coordinators; try to insure each is happy with Westgate's effort.
Responsible for making sure the Marketing Coordinator check-in and out of all of their shifts.
Know availability of tour flow waves so we can direct the tours accordingly.
Know availability of open shifts and make every effort to fill each open shift.
Make sure all Marketing Coordinators are properly attired and supplied invitations and back up materials.
Have every locations booth well-kept, clean.
Be aware of any unauthorized materials or activities in our booths, (selling tickets, wrong maps, other
resort invites, etc.)
Always encourage our Marketing Coordinators for referrals, and always recruit.
Establish good relations with the owners and management of our locations.
Mediate problems that arise between Marketing Coordinators, location staff, and upset guests.
Make sure the Marketing Coordinators are working within our guidelines at our locations and that the
location management is happy with our companys efforts.
Bring to the Director of Marketing's attention any incident at any of our locations, that may negatively affect Westgate Resort. Come up with a solution to the problem.
Make sure all Marketing Coordinators are aware of any changes on the qualifications,
resort times, transportation, gift offers, new programs , and any contest going on at the time.
Continue training of Marketing Coordinators, helping them improve there
presentation and closing tactics sharing new ideas between them.
Continue monitoring for each Marketing Coordinators production (VPG,
cancellations, refunds, NQs, No-shows, etc.)
Working with the Training Manager, in an effort to help any Marketing
Coordinator whose production is not up to par.
Know the competition, their gift offers, qualifications, locations, rates being paid per
tours, and any programs they may have which will negatively affect Westgate Resorts.
Be aware of any new locations being built or changing hands that my help CFI.

Education And/Or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and
documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/ or board of directors.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Further, some time is spent stooping, kneeling, or crouching in the filing; of documents and the retrieval of filed documents. No climbing, balancing, tasting, or smelling is involved in any necessary job task related to this position. This job does not require that weight be lifted or force be exerted, although from time to time, boxes of invitations, paper, and/or supplies weighing approximately 60 pounds must be moved from one area to another, and in an effort to expedite processing or complete a job task, these items are moved appropriately. vision is required in interpreting and completing the highly detailed reports. Color vision.
Work Environment:
The majority of the time is spent working in the field off property with the marketing coordinators at their working locations.
There is some exposure to outdoor weather conditions while travelling to and from the marketing coordinator's locations and the resort.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
