Responsible for carrying out all management functions related to the Night shift (4 PM - 12 AM). Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment. Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations during the shift.

Perform property inspections to ensure that all Retail Outlets, Food and Beverage outlets, public area, maintenance, housekeeping, security and service levels are
f highest standards.
Support All Outlets, Front Desk and Security with any Guest Situations that arise.
Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place.
Provide General Manager and Division Heads with a Nightly Recap Report.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise team members in the Retail Outlets, Food and Beverage Outlets, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and Front Office. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/Or
Experience:
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
